Job Title: Adult Community Speech and Language Therapist Banding: Band 6/7 Location: West Midlands Start Date: ASAP Salary: £24.00-£32.00 per hour Working Hours: Full-time / Part-time Job Overview We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Adult Community Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) to join a community-based service across the West Midlands. This role involves working with adults in community care settings, including care homes and patients' own homes, supporting individuals with a range of speech, language, and swallowing difficulties. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Band 6 or Band 7 therapist with dysphagia competencies who is confident working independently in the community. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care, helping patients maintain safety, independence, and quality of life.
