Responsibilities
- Programme Coordination and Operations
- Support the day-to-day coordination of museum-based learning programmes across multiple venues
- Work with external vendors to manage scheduling, assignments, and administrative arrangements for museum educators
- Assist in operational planning and execution of education programmes within museum settings
- Stakeholder Management
- Maintain working relationships with museum educators, vendors, and internal education teams
- Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution across stakeholders

- Quality Assurance and Field Support
- Support on-site check-ins and observation of education sessions to ensure programme delivery standards are met

- Feedback and Reporting
- Collect, organise, and consolidate feedback from students, educators, and stakeholders
- Support preparation of reports and summaries based on feedback analysis and programme outcomes
- General Support
- Assist in other education-related projects and initiatives as required by the team.
- Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
- Passion for education, museums, and public engagement
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for basic data analysis and reporting
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team
