About the role

To conduct in-depth scalp analysis, execute treatments like exfoliation and steam therapy, educate clients on home-care routines, and drive sales for salon packages and retail products Scalp Diagnosis & Analysis: Evaluate clients' hair density, follicle health, and scalp condition (e.g., oiliness, dandruff, hair loss) to design tailored treatment plans. [1, 2, 3] Therapeutic Treatments: Perform hands-on services including deep cleansing, therapeutic massages, hair masking, and steamer or spa therapies. [1, 2, 3] Client Education: Advise clients on proper hair-washing techniques, the use of salon-grade retail products, and lifestyle or dietary changes that affect hair health. [1, 2] Consultation & Sales: Recommend suitable packages or add-on treatments, track client progress over multiple sessions, and promote retail products. [1, 2, 3] Hygiene & Maintenance: Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and equipment meet Singapore's strict cleanliness and sanitation standards. [1, 2] Customer Retention: Deliver excellent service, ensure client comfort during sessions, and follow up to encourage repeat bookings Perform scalp treatments and basic hair care services such as washing, blowing, and drying. - Recommend suitable treatments and products to customers. - Provide good customer service and answer client enquiries. - Maintain cleanliness of outlet and equipment. - Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits. - Work with the team to achieve service and sales targets.
