About the role

Kuka - Sales Acquisition Specialist Kuka is a premium global furniture and home-living brand known for stylish, comfortable, and high-quality furniture solutions for modern homes. As the brand continues to grow across B2B and retail channels in Singapore, we are looking for ambitious, commercially driven individuals to join our growing sales and business development team. This role is ideal for candidates who are excited by the intersection of business development, partnership building, retail sales, customer engagement, and sales acquisition. You will play an active role in supporting Kuka's growth by developing relationships with professional partners and business clients who can introduce customers to the brand. You will help drive customer acquisition through proactive business development by reaching out to potential clients such as - architects, designers, consultants, interior designers, property professionals, and design firms. Your role will involve pitching Kuka's furniture solutions, introducing the brand to relevant industry partners, building long-term relationships, following up on opportunities, and encouraging these partners to bring their clients to Kuka's showroom to explore and purchase suitable furniture solutions. You will be involved in hosting and supporting customer-facing and partner-facing events, including showroom events, product showcases, private client appointments, networking sessions, and business development activations. These events will serve as important opportunities to build relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and interior designers, generate leads, bring customers into the showroom, and convert interest into sales. Beyond B2B sales and business development, you will be part of a small, high-performing team of 4 to 6 energetic and sales-driven individuals who are motivated by targets, customer interaction, and attractive performance rewards. You should be confident in communication, comfortable using digital platforms and AI tools, and open to experimenting with new ways to reach, engage, and convert customers. This role will be based at Kuka's retail outlet, where you will represent the brand on the showroom floor and help customers discover furniture solutions that suit their homes, lifestyles, and preferences. You will be responsible for creating a strong customer experience, providing thoughtful product recommendations, following up on leads, and closing sales with confidence and professionalism. The role requires working on both weekends, with one weekday off each week. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect naturally with both business partners and retail customers. Experience in B2B sales, business development, retail sales, furniture, home living, interior design, real estate, hospitality, luxury consumer products, or customer-facing sales is an advantage. However, we are open to driven candidates who are eager to learn, take ownership, and prove themselves in a fast-paced sales environment.
