About the role

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Duties include but are not limited to: Willingness to work in production areas on various operations within assembly; such as cell manufacturing, basic CNC operation, washing, painting, robotics, and other duties as assigned Selects, aligns, and secures tooling, accessories, and materials on machines, such as hydraulic presses, burnish/test machines, assembly fixtures, air or electric power tools and magnetizers Performs standard work and uses process control methods, inputs appropriate settings, adjusts and calibrates equipment as needed to complete the manufacturing process Perform quality checks on products and parts. Verifies dimensions and alignment of assembly, using measuring instruments, such as micrometers and height gauges Willingness to learn standard processes within manufacturing, changeovers and inspection and maintains applicable records Communicates with other associates and departments as needed to deliver product to meet customer expectations Performs routine preventative maintenance on tools and equipment

- Preferred experience with manufacturing assembly or similar processes

- Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 25 pounds frequently to constantly
- Must be able to constantly stand or sit for long periods of time as necessary in the work area
