- Organize, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets, including tens of thousands of transactional or project-level records.
- Support system validations, reconciliations, and data audits as required.
- Support monthly project forecasting processes, including the collection and consolidation of forecast inputs from departmental Directors.
- Good financial understanding across P&L, revenue, costs, margins, and variance analysis.
- Manage analysis across multiple currencies, ensuring consistent conversion and presentation in a single company reporting currency.
- Confidently present financial analysis and insights to Vice President and Director-level leadership.
- Effectively respond to questions from Project Managers and operational stakeholders, adjusting the level of detail as needed.
- Interface openly and professionally with multiple organizational levels and functional groups to gather inputs and clarify data.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with a strong executive-facing mindset.
- Show flexibility and willingness to support ad hoc requests and special projects, including system validations.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and reliability when supporting executive leadership.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and corporate reporting principles.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and slicers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for executive-level engagement.
- Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise applications (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce).
- Ability to extract and analyze data from data warehouses and financial databases.
- Experience managing and analyzing large, complex datasets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
