Responsibilities
- The Accounts Payable Senior Analyst role is a fulltime role located in Milan, Italy. Paid relocation is not available.

Requirements
- Minimum two years related experience in accounts payable or related finance role highly preferred.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a business field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian with an ability to communicate with colleagues around the world. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Knowledge and previous experience working with VAT requirements in Italy required. Experience working with VAT requirements in other tax jurisdictions outside of Italy is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver a high quality and accurate work product.
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Consistent execution of high quality and detailed deliverables and processes, anticipating the needs of a variety of stakeholders to ensure mutual positive resolution of tasks and/or issues.
- Possesses a continuous improvement mindset, taking the initiative to understand end-to-end processes and impacts when recommending and implementing improvements, leveraging tools and resources available.
- Dependable and able to work well individually and within a team.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and as unique projects/needs arise.
- Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday
