- Analyze digital marketing performance and recommend strategies to improve website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment.
- Liaise with external marketing agencies, website developers, and creative partners where required.
- Support the Company's future hotel expansion projects through market research and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management, e-commerce, digital marketing, reservations, or hotel sales, preferably within a 3- to 4-star hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), channel managers, and OTA platforms.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, website management, Google Analytics, and social media marketing will be an advantage.
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese would be advantageous. Basic understanding of Korean would be an added benefit.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
