Join our dynamic Contact Center team as a Technical Customer Service Professional and be the voice of excellence in providing top-tier technical support to our valued customers! What will you do: Deliver exceptional technical customer service through multiple channels including phone, chat, and text, handling equipment installation, software troubleshooting, and product compatibility inquiries Monitor and maintain system applications while providing comprehensive programming support and user training Process and manage customer orders while performing revenue generation activities including lead qualification and outbound campaigns Analyze reports, design computer outputs, and handle data management responsibilities Serve as a dedicated systems network point person with delegated administrative duties What will make you successful: Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated experience in customer service and technical support Proficiency in handling multiple communication channels and support systems Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Strong multitasking capabilities with the ability to handle high-volume technical inquiries Clear communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
