Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Perform security review and evaluation of Sensitive Compartmented Facility and SAP Facility establishment and accreditation documentation, Fixed Facility Checklist, Standard Operating Procedures, Emergency Action Plan, co-use agreements, and all contractual documentation, which includes Basic Ordering Agreements, Statement of Work, Task Orders, and Contract Security Classification Specifications. Determine the suitability and security eligibility of individuals, including visitors, for entry and retention in sensitive national security positions. Coordinate and perform functions and tasks involved in the development, evaluation, implementation and execution of national security programs to include indoctrination briefings/de-briefings; annual training requirements; security incident response; and foreign travel requests.
