Responsibilities
- Provide document Control support by ensuring overarching document control governance and standards are adhered and followed in accordance to service level agreements
- Ensure all controlled documents are:
- Formatted, numbered, revision controlled and managed in accordance with the relevant standards and conventions .
- Received, processed, distributed and tracked in accordance with Document Control procedures, approved distribution matrices and agreed timescales

- To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- +5 Years of document control experience.
- Strong background in Document Management with hands-on experience of document control processes, techniques, and technologies (include Document Management Systems and collaboration tools).
- Exposure to Oil and Gas industry is highly desirable, specifically of the Information/Document Management requirements and challenges relating to Management System / Business Control documentation collections e.g. standards, procedures, work instructions, processes, forms & templates etc

A bout the position The Document Controller is a member of Chevron's ENGINE Facilities Designs Engineering team providing document control services and solutions for engineering and business control documentation across within the ENGINE Center Chevron ENGINE has an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller Engineer to join the Reporting to the Information Management Team Lead this role will be based in Chevron's office in Bengaluru. Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, and work hours are aligned to business needs. Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday. These may evolve based on operational or business requirements.
