Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' level qualification.
• At least 2 years' relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Working Hour Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Fridays: 7.30 am to 4 pm Key Roles Supervise students during detention/suspension after school. Manage and update detention and suspension records . Follow up with students who default on disciplinary measures. Inform Form Teachers about detention/suspension attendance. Reinforce positive behaviour and support students' reintegration. Manage late-coming students in the morning. Maintain discipline room operations and data records (e.g., phone confiscation, attendance). Attend to students at the discipline room and update teachers/leaders as needed. Monitor students on movement tracking (daily sign-in/out). Refer and update Level Discipline Masters on student issues. Assist in designing interventions for behavioural growth and character development . Support teachers in managing challenging students and promoting restorative practices. Monitor non-structured times (e.g., recess, after school) to prevent disruptive behaviour. Perform other duties as assigned.
