We are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Technical Lead (AWS) to join a strategic project focused on migrating and evolving a data platform to AWS. We are seeking a senior professional with strong technical leadership skills, architectural vision and solid experience in data-driven cloud environments. Responsabilities: Define and validate data architectures on AWS, ensuring scalability, security and alignment with client requirements; Contribute to the design and development of the data platform, including data ingestion, processing and integration pipelines; Ensure governance, security, compliance and access control practices within the client's cloud environment; Support technology decision-making by evaluating alternatives, risks, best practices and architectural impact; Contribute to cost optimization and operational efficiency on AWS; Work closely with development teams, ensuring alignment between architecture, engineering and business needs; Act as a technical lead on the project, promoting best practices and ensuring the quality of the solutions delivered. Proven experience in data architecture on AWS, including the design, validation and implementation of solutions; Experience in cloud migration projects (ideally Azure to AWS); Solid knowledge of data platforms and their components: data ingestion, processing, integration and delivery; Experience in governance, security, compliance and access control in cloud environments; Ability to support technology decisions by assessing trade-offs, best practices and architectural impact; Experience in cost optimization in AWS environments; Experience working in direct collaboration with development teams, ensuring alignment between architecture, engineering and business requirements; Previous experience in roles such as Technical Lead, Senior Engineer or Architect; Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Languages: English (essential), Portuguese and Spanish (desirable).
