Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Working knowledge of project management principles and frameworks

- Ability to explain complex or technical concepts in an easily understandable written format
- Ability to operate and adapt in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, work environment
- Proven ability to develop organization-wide communications and training materials
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain productive partnerships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Visio
- Experience supporting change management activities involving suppliers, vendors, or third-party partners (e.g., onboarding, invoicing, or registration processes)
- Experience supporting procurement or contract management system implementations

SENIOR CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST - Business Transformation Office ICF is seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Specialist to join our Business Transformation Office (BTO) - a central team driving strategic corporate initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will partner with operational, technical, and functional leaders to design and implement change strategies that drive adoption, alignment, and long-term success across the organization. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders and contribute directly to ICF's corporate transformation journey. This position is based out of our Reston, Virginia headquarters and follows a hybrid work schedule, with an expectation of working on‑site several days per week and the remainder remotely.
