Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Dedicated Sales Sector Target, obtaining profitable results through the Sales set by Manager;
• Responsible for Marketing tools development for it's Sales Sector. (PPT);
• Manage OOR & follow up OOR with production during production meeting;
• Manage the sales administration function (when require). Understand FAI requirements from Customer (Detailed);
• Preparation Quotation and BOM for costing analysis for future production usage or on hand Orders.
• Developed a generic marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each Customers (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force;
• Ensure that all sales activities are inaccordance with the guidelines set by the Company and ability to manufacture;
• Create new contacts and develops new businesses for the Company;
• Fully responsible for Sale Trade Accounts Receivable for customers ensuring zero bad debts;
• Create Sales costing against various targets;
• Submit monthly sales forecast against actual performance report timely;
• Submit Sales Purchase Budget for Special Projects amount larger than expect;
• Execute jobs assign by General Manager or Sales Manager.
• JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Sheet Metal or Engineering Sales in either, Construction Business Sector, F&B Equipment Sales, Lab Furniture Sales, Office Sign Board Sales;
• Minimum Qualification Business or Marketing Diploma;
• Understand Product Costing against Sales Impact;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Experience in B2B sales;
• Excellent time managemnt, prioritization skills and self-independent at work;
• 5days work week, fast paced environment;
