Responsibilities
- Ensure all employee and manager questions are answered in the assigned country/countries (Hungary)
- Ensure timely and accurate administration of the hire to retire process for the assigned countries and that the relevant, often senior stakeholders are coordinated.

- Provides guidance to employees and to Site HR partners and HR Business Partners.
- Coordinate time and attendance reporting, capture data and file relevant documents.
- Collect, prepare and check input data for payroll processing for the assigned countries.
- Complete relevant checks and liaise with Budapest Payroll Team.
- Maintain positive work relationships with other members of Varian team, communicate effectively and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Maintain full knowledge and understanding of legal requirements and best practices for Human Resources.
- Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent HR generalist/specialist experience.
- Experience with supporting end-to-end HR processes
- Knowledge of country HR legislation
- Continuous improvement mind-set and capable to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency or employee training and advancement.
- Comfortable with use of technology, knowledge of HR systems (Workday experience is a plus).
- Fluency in English
