Ability to establish high-level erection and construction plans based on risk, cost, and schedule analysis. Capability to identify complex, multi-level issues early and act proactively. Strong decision-making skills in environments with incomplete information. Commercial and contractual acumen including contractor evaluation, claims, and RFIs. Working knowledge of OSHA, labor laws, contracts, and legislative impacts. Demonstrated leadership and influence within assigned scope.
