- Nursing Leadership (NUM)
- Provide expert guidance in complex or escalated situations.
- Oversee the delivery of safe, compassionate, and personalised patient care
- Manage compliance, quality and regulatory compliance of Nursing operations
- You're most likely a Nurse Unit Manager or senior clinical leader with a background in fertility, women's health, or a related specialty, looking to expand your impact beyond the purely clinical into broader clinic leadership.
- You will bring:
- Demonstrated interest and capability in clinic operations, performance, and people leadership
- AHPRA registration and a nursing background in fertility, women's health, or a related specialty
- Proven experience as a Nurse Unit Manager or senior nursing leader
- Strong relationship-building skills with medical staff, specialists, and internal stakeholders
- A track record of leading and developing high-performing clinical teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
