In this role, you will be primarily financed focus with responsibilities for month-end close, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and root cause analysis (RCA), supported by data analytics and reporting to deliver actionable insights. A Day in the Life Lead and support month-end close activities, including validation of financial results, variance analysis, and identification of discrepancies. Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, delivering insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to explain variances, performance gaps, and financial trends. Perform complex data analysis to synthesize large datasets into financial and operational insights that support decision‑making. Design and develop BI solutions by creating data visualizations and user-centric interfaces using Power BI. Integrate, validate, and manage data from sources including Snowflake, SAP Business Objects and legacy reporting systems. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools that support both financial reporting and business performance tracking. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, support financial processes, and enhance reporting workflows. Who We're Looking For Required: 6+ years of professional experience in Power BI data visualization. Intermediate to advanced SQL experience, including development of tables and views for automated reporting. Advanced analytical abilities with strong business acumen including validation of financial data, investigation of discrepancies, and performing root cause analysis (RCA). Heavy focus on budgeting, forecasting and month end close process, with responsibility for supporting financial reporting and analysis.
