You will join the Customer Support organization, where you help install, upgrade, and relocate complex lithography systems at customer sites across the United States. In this Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer role, you support ASML's mission to push technology forward by ensuring systems perform safely, reliably, and to specification. You will work closely with customers and colleagues in an inclusive environment built on collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning. Role and Responsibilities As an Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer, you ensure customer systems are installed and upgraded correctly, safely, and efficiently. You work hands‑on with sophisticated equipment while collaborating closely with customers and ASML teams. You will: Install, upgrade, and relocate semiconductor equipment at customer sites. Inspect, assemble, align, and test system components to meet design specifications. Diagnose technical issues, perform repairs, and verify system functionality. Collaborate with colleagues and customers to identify root causes and resolve issues. Escalate complex problems clearly and promptly to supporting teams when needed. Train customers on system operation and routine maintenance practices. Complete technical documentation and service reports with accuracy and clarity. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent practical experience. Zero to two years of relevant work experience in a technical or field‑based role. Exposure to the semiconductor industry, vacuum systems, or plasma technology is preferred. Experience using standard computer applications for documentation and basic data analysis.
