About the role

Define and architect strategic initiatives that align technology investments with business goals and technology strategy, ensuring a direct correlation between technology solutions and business outcomes Serve as a strategic advisor, providing expert advice, insights, recommendations, and guidance on how technology can be leveraged to solve business problems Work with business leaders to define metrics for success, monitor project progress, and report on the impact of initiatives in terms of business value. Lead or support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or technologies by business units. Oversee and guide small to medium projects ensuring they meet strategic business objectives Ensure the application of business processes, roles, technology, and data are continuously optimized. Provide ongoing support to regional or service line specific Commercial Technology Services Leads to help optimize technology investments. Educate business units on technology benefits and best practices to foster a culture of technology-driven innovation. What you bring: At least 5 years in a strategic advisory or business analysis role with a focus on technology integration in business strategies. Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Management, or related fields. An MBA would be advantageous. Deep insight into business operations, strategy, and process optimization including the interplay between people, processes, technology, and data. Excellent communication skills to explain complex, multifaceted solutions clearly to various audiences both verbally and in writing. Ability to translate ideas and concepts into diagrams and other visual aids Strong analytical capabilities to dissect business problems and identify underlying issues and opportunities. Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships across various levels of an organization Experience in industries like commercial real estate or financial services, where technology impacts are notable across various operational dimensions. Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, multinational, multi-service line environment, able to adjust strategies as business conditions change. Certifications in strategic management, business analysis, or data management would be advantageous.
