Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed sales, KPI, inventory, merchandising, and promotion reports to inform business decisions.

- Minimum 2 years of retail operations support experience; 1 year of e-commerce operations experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, charts, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with retail POS, ERP, Power BI, and inventory management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven coordination abilities.
