Operation Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or related operations management.
• Proven ability to develop new food recipes and create menus .
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams .
• Experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management .
• Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and financial management .
• Willing to cover operational duties when manpower is short-handed .
• Preferably possess own vehicle and valid driving license.
• Ability to oversee company operational transactions and ensure smooth daily operations .
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
