We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join CIS Project management Office. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive project success and organisational objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation Lead and coordinate project teams, delegating tasks and ensuring accountability across all team members Identify, analyse, and mitigate project risks while implementing contingency strategies Monitor project progress against established milestones and deliverables, adjusting plans as needed Manage project budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management through regular reports and meetings Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all project phases and deliverables Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, vendors, and external partners Document project processes, lessons learned, and best practices for organisational knowledge Maintain organised project documentation and ensure compliance with City policies and procedures Position Description
