Front Desk Agent [Hotel/ Central]

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check-in/check-out efficiently, confirming reservations, payments, and preferences.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records in the property management system (PMS).
• Liaise with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Upsell rooms and promote hotel services to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, safety, and brand standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline preferred.
• 1-2 years of front office or guest-facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Fidelio) advantageous.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
