You'll work on meaningful product and platform development, helping strengthen digital claims intake capabilities across countries, brands, and customer types. What are you going to do? Contribute to digital claims intake product and platform development: Use your technical and domain expertise to help develop and improve our digital claims intake solutions. You'll work closely with other developers to build and strengthen high-quality platform capabilities used across the Nordics, supporting private, commercial, and industrial claims journeys. Design and Implement Back-End Solutions: As a back-end developer, you'll use your skills in C#, .NET, and Web APIs to design and build solutions that align seamlessly with related systems. You'll work in an agile, cross-functional team to ensure that services are well-integrated, reliable, and optimized for smooth customer experience. Contribute to front-end development when needed: While your primary focus will be back-end development, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to front-end solutions as part of a full-stack way of working, using technologies relevant to the team's current setup. What do we expect from you?

Requirements

  • Several years of professional software development experience (mid to senior level)
  • Strong back-end development skills in C# and .NET, with hands-on experience in modern .NET versions (ideally .NET 8 or .NET 10)
  • Solid understanding of SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, and common design patterns
  • Experience designing and developing REST APIs with ASP.NET Core
  • Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases, including Entity Framework
  • Experience integrating third-party services via APIs
  • Commitment to code quality, including unit testing, code reviews, and pull request workflows with Git
  • Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Good English communication skills for daily collaboration with international clients and colleagues
  • Front-end experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript, along with a basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with Azure Cloud services and CI/CD pipelines, including Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools
  • Interest in AI-driven or agent-based solutions
  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience
