Experience in LNG liquefaction (preferred), petrochemical, refinery, or gas processing/feedstock plants, and pipelines is essential. - Comprehensive Project Knowledge: Full understanding of areas critical to the success of large, complex projects-including safety, environmental management, work organization, scheduling, quality management, organizational competency, and reputational risk mitigation. - Leadership and Safety Culture: Demonstrated strong HSE culture and safety leadership. Proven ability to lead by example and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. - Communication and Decision-Making Skills: Effective communication and leadership skills, with the capability to influence critical decisions and foster collaboration among diverse teams. - Language Proficiency:Strong English written and verbal communication skills required. Proficiency in Portuguese or French is advantageous. - Regulatory and Standards Knowledge: In-depth understanding of international and construction codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., API, ASME, ISO, NFPA). - SIMOPS Experience: Demonstrated experience managing SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) and complex commissioning transitions. - Documentation and Handover: Experience ensuring proper documentation, as-built records, and smooth handover of completed work packages to operations and commissioning teams Location: Afungi - Cabo Delgado, Mozambique Contract Duration: 12 months Start Date: 01/12/2026 Work Mode: Rotation
