Warehouse Supervisor (East/ Manufacturing/ Rotating Shift)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates to achieve daily operational and productivity targets.
• Monitor warehouse activities, safety standards, and service levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct daily team briefings and provideperformance updates and reports.
• Guide team members on warehouse procedures, work instructions, and operational best practices.
• Support attendance tracking, employee training, and team development initiatives.
• Escalate operational issues and risks to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, new project implementations, and cross-functional warehouse operations.
• Provide backup support to supervisors asrequired.
• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, andcompliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to support operational requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Ableto work on rotating shifts, permanent night shifts, or other shift arrangementsas required by operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or leadershipexperience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or production operations.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations,inventory control, and workplace safety.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamleadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment andmanage multiple tasks.
• Physically able to perform operational dutieswhen required.
• Secondary school education or equivalentpreferred.
• Able to work shifts as required.
