Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to ensure accurate transaction recording and timely payments
- Verify supplier invoices and obtain proper approvals before processing payments to maintain compliance and accuracy

- Participate in stock take exercises and assist with inventory-related accounting matters
- Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules as required by management
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management to support finance operations
- Required competencies and certifications
- Possess at least an LCCI Certificate, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience handling AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and GST submissions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and review business documents prepared in Mandarin
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to handle full sets of accounts (preferred as it helps but is not essential to core duties)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Accounting System (preferred as it helps but is not essential to core duties)
- Meticulous and organized with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to accounting tasks and financial data review
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external parties
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
