Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients, traders, and market participants
• Execute and broker trades across energy and environmental products
• Actively generate new business and grow existing accounts
• Provide market colour, pricing insights, and trade ideas to clients
• Work closely with internal teams across global offices to drive liquidity and flow
• Stay ahead of market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities
• Skills & Experience Required
• Commodities Knowledge: Strong understanding of energy markets, particularly one of the following carbon, gas, power, or environmental products
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record of revenue generation, with the ability to close high-value deals and manage significant portfolios
• Market Analysis: Ability to interpret market data and trends to support trading decisions and client strategy
• Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence clients
• Demonstrated experience within a brokering, trading, or sales role in commodities markets
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed in a high-performance environment
