Technician - HAs

Responsibilities

• Assist Test Engineer to carry out all the test and de-bug related activities
• Perform hands-on assembly & disassembly of testing equipment/device so that testing activities is in accordance to work instructions, test procedures and work schedule
• Review and clarify test requirement
• Execute testing based on the test cases
• Perform the exploratory test and clarify test procedure when needed
• Perform troubleshooting and identify root causes for the issues and report the defects
• Record and document results
• Analyse failed toner cartridges from customer returns, investigating into specific causes for high failure rates, and finally documenting the finding
• Manage returns of failure toner cartridges: getting them back from the field to the office lab, sending of parts to overseas, paperwork, faciliate customs clearance, etc

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant studies
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry
• Experience in equipment, sub-module and machine assembly will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
