Responsibilities
- Contribute as an effective LCT, technical team member.
- Manage correspondence, applications and contacts accordingly deciding and initiating the action or communication required within the LCT installers and customers.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of network and business data management and management reporting systems.
- Working knowledge of Regulatory Reporting Requirements
- Working knowledge of Guaranteed Standard, Voluntary Standard, Licence and Ofgem requirements
- Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team
- Excellent telephony skills
- Developed customer service skills
- Knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices.
- Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Awareness of regulatory issues impacting on the Business
- Awareness of inter-business relationships
- Minimum Requirements
- Higher Education or equivalent (four GCSE grades) particularly in Maths and English.
- Computer literacy - e.g. Microsoft Office suite
