Responsibilities

  • CustomerService & Reservations
  • Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries on bungalow bookings and reservations

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and service-driven attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Able to perform shift duties , including weekends and public holidays

  • 5-day work week (Monday to Sunday, rostered)
  • Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:45pm
