Job Overview The Human Resources Generalist provides operational and administrative support within the Human Resources Business Services department and assists Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), Sr. HR Managers, and the Director, Human Resources-Business Services on various client group requests. These requests may consist of or are related to talent acquisition, employee relations, Human Resources initiatives to support business strategies, new employee orientation, training, and Human Resources policies and procedures. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required. A minimum of 2 years of experience working within an HR generalist role is required. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
