Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of IT systems and contracts, including vendor drafted contracts, licensing agreements, infrastructure and application contracting, professional services agreements, scopes of work, and other agreements

  • Implement supply management methodologies, processes, policies and procedures
  • Understand legal concepts as they pertain to proposals, contracting and executing on existing contracts
  • Assist with mentoring / learning / coaching with junior and intermediate members of the team
  • Identify issues, develop hypotheses, establish data frameworks, conduct analyses, draw conclusions and develop proposals
  • Your Skills:
  • Ability to incorporate industry best practices such as IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL Foundation)

  • Your Experience:
  • Post-secondary education in business, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience negotiating and managing IT contracts is a requirement
  • 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation or other similar designation would be an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (create, populate, update)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification would be an asset
