About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (STAFF/ CLASS) in the Human Resources Office of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) providing strategic advisement to management on personnel policies to include position classification or staffing/recruitment; 2) Applying position management principles and techniques to provide management advisories on organizational structures and career development; and 3) Resolving complex staffing and classification challenges using technical knowledge and human resources information systems.
