3IC/Sales Consultant - Noel Leeming, Levin

Responsibilities

• -Supporting the Store Manager with daily store operations
• -Managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager
• -Leading by example through exceptional customer service and sales performance
• -Driving KPI results and motivating the team to achieve targets
• -Hosting engaging morning meetings and team huddles
• -Coaching, teaching, and guiding team members every day
• -Creating a positive, supportive, and high-energy team culture
• -Assisting with merchandising, stock management, Admin and operational standards

• -Previous retail or sales experience preferred, leadership experience is a bonus
