Senior Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Carefully supervise all site construction work for civil and structure to make sure it follows design plans and safety rules.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, and project teams to quickly solve technical problems.
• Inspect the site regularly and give clear technical advice to junior engineers and site workers.
• Make sure project deadlines are met on time without lowering quality or safety standards.
• Represent the company on site, keeping good communication and coordination with everyone involved.
• Work together with other disciplines to avoid conflicts during construction and coordinate with other consultants on site.
• Act as the company representative on site, maintaining effective communication and coordination.
• Facilitate interdiscipline collaboration to prevent clashes during construction and coordinate with other discipline consultants on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Adequate knowledge for structure (had an experience working as structural engineer in a consultant firm like Beca or others)
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements Intermediate Site Engineer CL04 Minimum 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering and site supervision. Senior Site Engineer CL06 Minimum 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering and site supervision. Proven track record of managing complex site projects and leading engineering teams. Strong background in structural consultancy prior to site engineering roles is highly desirable. Expertise in interpreting structural drawings, specifications, and ensuring quality control.
