Director, Institutional Banking

Responsibilities

• You'll also be:
• Collaborating with customers and colleagues to build trust and long-term sustainable value
• Acting as a visible, positive presence in other parts of the business and the external market
• Supporting senior management to assess and analyse the financial information of our customers
• Leading a team of Relationship Managers in Guernsey, providing direction, support and coaching

• You'll be expected to have:
• Proven risk assessment, monitoring and control skills in a broad range of customer situations
• An appreciation of the macroeconomic and financial outlook with a good understanding of the trust and corporate service provider sector
• A proven track record of managing and developing teams, preferably in a sales environment
