About the role
As a High-Volume Recruiter , Workforce you'll play a key role in scaling Hadrian's frontline and operational workforce. You'll own hiring for high-volume, hourly, and non-exempt roles across manufacturing and operations, helping staff critical facilities that power the business. Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, hourly, and non-exempt roles across operations and manufacturing
- Partner with Operations and site leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring targets, and timelines
- Build and manage high-throughput candidate pipelines using a mix of inbound, outbound, and local sourcing strategies
- Drive efficient, repeatable hiring processes that balance speed, quality, and compliance
- Deliver a positive, respectful candidate experience for a high-volume applicant population
- Track and manage hiring metrics including time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and hiring capacity
- Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and onboarding handoffs at scale
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and processes to support growth
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume, hourly, or operational hiring
- Comfortable managing large candidate pipelines and competing priorities
- Strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and operations leaders
- Organized, process-driven, and data-aware
- Thrive in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
- Care deeply about candidate experience, even at scale
