Project Coordinator (Manufacturing / MedTech)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines and milestones across cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering).
• Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and track action items to completion.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation using tools like MS Project and SharePoint.
• Identify, track, and escalate project risks and issues to ensure timely mitigation.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise status reports and presentations for leadership.
• Act as a central point of contact to ensure alignment and communication between all stakeholders.
• Job Requirements:
• Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in a Project Coordination, PMO, or related role.
• Industry: Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, MedTech, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, or other highly regulated industries are strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent project scheduling software) is essential.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a structured MNC environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
