Responsibilities

  • Optimize tools and systems that support People Operations and Talent operations.
  • Provide recruiting support to multiple locations across North America.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires by ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner, as part of employee experience initiatives.
  • Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) up-to-date with candidate information, application statuses, and recruitment metrics. Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights into recruitment performance.
  • Support scheduling interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Develop and implement solutions in collaboration with People team members.
  • Anticipate long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with People Leaders.
  • Support the development of personnel policies, procedures, and workforce planning goals.
  • Ensure company policies are applied fairly and consistently within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Communicate and implement policy and procedure updates effectively.
  • Process employee pre-employment screening, onboarding and first day critical communications.
  • Maintain timely and accurate HRIS data entry in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with state and federal requirements.
  • Support open enrollment and other benefits-related programs as needed.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Preference for bilingual English/Spanish/French.
  • Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and working under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office with solid organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in employment laws, wage/hour regulations, staffing, and employee relations.
  • Maintains confidentiality; demonstrates initiative, business acumen, and coaching abilities.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to drive on behalf of company business.
  • Company will provide additional training, as necessary.
