Account Management Specialist (IT)

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to enquiries from both existing and prospective clients regarding company's IT solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand business needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Participate in marketing events, seminars, exhibitions, and business networking activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in any relevant field.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud solutions, etc
• Prior experience in IT sales, account management or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
