JOB DESCRIPTION: Everything we do is centered on providing a world class homeowner experience through the process of installing RbA's windows and doors Primary Responsibilities: - Able to locate, identify, and load all necessary job site materials from material sheet - Perform proper opening preparation for all types of installations, including inserts and Full Frame with Brickmold - Performs basic aluminum bending (L flange, drip caps, flat rectangles/coil wrap) - Ability to understand and install proper flashing based on install method, including drip caps, L flange, and new construction. - Ability to make straight cuts to accurate dimensions within 1/32" - Ability to safely extract old windows and doors without damaging property - Ability to install Fibrex L trim, F trim, and Flat trim - Ability to extract old windows and doors safely and without damaging property - Knowledge of service parts, procedures, and product operations - Audit all truck stock, tools, products without supervision - Address installation concerns with Field Techs or Installation Manager - Maintains company vehicle in accordance with Fleet Policy - Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality - Assist in delivering homeowner delight - Other duties as assigned - General warehouse support - Provide technical measure functions when needed - Provide service support as needed - Provides directions to Installer Level I
