This position partners closely with the Director of Annual Giving to design and implement strategies that strengthen the annual giving pipeline, with a particular emphasis on cultivating and expanding the President's Leadership Society. Core responsibilities include managing a portfolio of leadership annual giving prospects, overseeing the Graduating Class Gift program, and executing high impact engagement initiatives such as the Scholarship Luncheon, giving days, and Thank a Donor Day. The role collaborates extensively with Financial Aid and academic units to ensure alignment of endowment funding, effective stewardship, and clear communication with donors whose gifts support scholarships and endowed funds. Additional responsibilities include engaging University of Findlay supporters through diverse communication channels to deepen connection, inspire participation, and advance philanthropic growth. This position requires regular, predictable, reliable attendance in the office environment. Essential Functions 1. Secure face to face and TEAMS visits with alumni, friends and other potential donors focused on leadership annual giving with special emphasis on securing President's Leadership Society donors. 2. Serve as project manager for University of Findlay Giving Days in coordination with Director of Annual Giving working closely with internal and external partners. Managing a variety of high-profile donor-related events including: Scholarship Luncheon, Day of Giving, Thank a Donor Day and the President's Leadership Society. 3. Work with the Director of Annual Giving to plan and implement annual stewardship and cultivation plans, additional special campaigns aimed at increasing alumni participation and retention. 4. Establish and manage an integrated donor relations and stewardship plan that includes tracking processes regarding acknowledgment, donor recognition, endowed funds, on-going communications and continued cultivation of past and current major donors to enhance their relationship with UF. 5. Manage the day to day endowment stewardship process, including but not limited to: collaborating with gift officers on endowment proposals, gift agreements and reports, setting up and maintaining records in Raiser's Edge, properly stewarding donors and answering donor questions. 6. Manage and execute the student philanthropy campaign, Graduating Class Gift, aimed at graduating seniors that fosters a culture of giving through a series of educational events, service opportunities, and fundraising activities while managing University of Findlay student development officers and university advancement ambassadors. 7. Serve as a college development liaison. 8. Work closely with the Office of Financial Aid and college deans, among other campus constituencies to ensure that endowed funds are being properly spent and stewarded through the preparation of annual endowment reports for internal and external constituencies. 9. Manage and execute annual giving campaigns while serving as a liaison for on and off campus partners and groups, including regional events, Homecoming and Commencement Weekend. 10.
