  • The Experience You Bring
  • In-house TA background: Significant experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition professional within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment is strongly preferred. You understand the difference between agency and embedded partnership - and you thrive in the latter.
  • GTM Recruiting Expertise: A proven track record of building and scaling top-tier Go-to-Market teams, with particular depth in Enterprise Sales recruitment across the EMEA region.
  • Data & Systems Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity within an ATS environment (Greenhouse preferred), produce meaningful recruitment analytics, and present clear insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional

As Senior TA Partner for GTM EMEA, you will be at the centre of Boomi's growth story - owning full-lifecycle recruitment for our most critical commercial functions and shaping the talent strategy that will define our next chapter. You will build deep, trusted partnerships with EMEA leadership across Commercial and Enterprise Sales, Presales, Channel & Alliances, Sales Development, Marketing, Strategy, and Engineering. Your mission is to understand our business from the inside out, anticipate talent needs before they become urgent, and consistently attract the difference-makers who will drive Boomi's success.
