- GTM Recruiting Expertise: A proven track record of building and scaling top-tier Go-to-Market teams, with particular depth in Enterprise Sales recruitment across the EMEA region.
- Data & Systems Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity within an ATS environment (Greenhouse preferred), produce meaningful recruitment analytics, and present clear insights to senior stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional
