Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D motion creatives and video ads for marketing campaigns
• Translate game mechanics and ideas into engaging ad concepts
• Iterate on creatives based on performance data and feedback
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on messaging and strategy
• Test different visual styles, hooks, and formats to improve performance
• Stay up to date with trends in mobile ads, motion design, and player behavior
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve creative output and processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in motion design, preferably in performance marketing
• Strong skills in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling
• Strong sense of composition, pacing, a creative mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to create engaging 2D video ads and marketing creatives
• Open to explore and learn various AI automation tools
• Nice to have: Experience with mobile game ads, user acquisition creatives
