We operate mostly remote, with key offices in Bogotá, San Francisco and Mexico City. What you do Run the operations of the company alongside the CEO. Owns planning, business operations, KPI cadence, legal, org architecture, and the teams that make Platzi work day-to-day. Keeps all the moving parts running on a clear rhythm. Manages Payroll and the Head of Ops. Owns what makes every team accountable to a number, and pushes for the right people at every level. Goes into detail to find the answers. Understands the why behind everything, questions unknowns, and pushes back on ambiguity. Gets to the root and forces clarity. Who you are 10+ years of experience in tech and/or startups. Ideally a former founder or senior operator. English and Spanish fluent. CDMX or BOG.
