This position collaborates closely with proposal owners and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of proposals that meet client and business needs. Responsibilities
- Proposal Coordination
- Information Management: Effectively identify, interpret, and organize proposal requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria to align responses with client expectations.
- Proposal Support: Partner with proposal owners to develop visually compelling, persuasive, and complete proposals delivered on time and tailored to DigiCert's standards.
- Pipeline Monitoring: Track and analyze proposal performance, compiling data on wins and losses to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in the proposal process.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, with experience managing or supporting proposal or business operations processes.
- Skills & competencies
- Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of business terminology, principles, and techniques for gathering and presenting information accurately for an RFx.
- Organization & Attention to Detail: Demonstrates high attention to detail, accuracy in written work, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Quick learner and self-starter with proven problem-solving abilities; capable of exercising independent judgment and effectively communicating issues across business functions.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent customer service mindset with strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally across all organizational levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management software (e.g., Loopio, Responsive) with a readiness to adapt to new technologies as needed.
