Responsibilities

As our Team Lead, you manage a dedicated technical sub-team (4 FTE) while remaining hands-on with our day-to-day project execution. You bridge technical leadership with people management - defining clear goals, allocating resources efficiently, and coaching your crew to reach their full potential. Reporting directly to the Department Head, you collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Planning to ensure seamless project delivery and drive continuous operational improvements.
